Help to advise pls? (Thailand,Krabi,AoNang,PhiPhi,Tonsai,Railay,Koh Lanta etc)

This is my first time to Thailand...
I have so much questions that needs advises
Anyone can help to advise?
So this is my tentative plan but not sure feasible or not cos I'd never been there.. really need your advise : - )

D1-Arrive airport @8.55pm plan to stay in Krabi town.
By the time I reached Krabi should be 9.30pm?
Still visit the nite market,pub? what else?
So will need to check with you if you know krabi Town night market closes at what time in Krabi town?

D2-Krabi town 6.30am visit morning market have breakfast + would love to see sunrise.will I able to see sunrise in Krabi Town?
Will also gathered tour info from travel agents & then check out from Krabi town & travel to Ao Nang to check in by 11am..
After putting our lugguage will go to Visit Tonsai & go half day Snorkeling tour from Railay Beach , watch +sunset in Railay
Do you think it's possible? Really not sure how far is the distance between Ao Nang to Tonsai, Tonsai to Railay , Railay to Ao Nang.. don't know how to judge the timing..
Need your advise here : )

D3-One day join the 4 islands hopping = speedboat tour snorkeling along Phi Phi Islands and visit Phi Phi
shld be back to Ao Nang in evening have dinner in the market, n go pub in ao nang

D4-2 hrs Boat ride to Koh Lanta, full day explore Koh Lanta.. actually not sure what to do in there.. but heard it's beautiful and great place to go...
Any recommendation from you ?
Do you think it's necessary to rent a car to drive within Koh Lanta ?
Do you think I should stay 1 night in Koh Lanta?
What are the night life in Koh Lanta? ie night market, pub or any other things?
Or should I give Koh Lanta a miss and visit other places that is much better?

D5- not decided yet.. may be try the massage, spa etc.? better rates in Ao nang or Krabi town or any other places?
By 7.30pm-8pm will travel to airport ,as our flight depart on 21:25 =9.25pm from Krabi airport.

By the way is it advisable to stay a night in Poda island? What's in there?
Guess I'll have to come back to Krabi again for more activities haha...
